At the helm of the culinary team at Hansar Bangkok is charming Executive Chef, Mr. Chatree Wongsriphaisan. Chatree brings and impressive pedigree of qualification and experience to his role. He completed his apprenticeship at the Oriental Hotel in Bangkok in 1992, majoring in International Cuisine. He then worked his wat up the ranks in various positions with Marriott, Hilton and the Peninsula Group before joining the The Dome and Lebua Hotel, State Tower in Bangkok as Sous Chef of Sirocco. By 2010 he had recevied two further promotions at The Dome where he worked under Executive Chef Stephen Dion. When Stephen became Executive Chef of Hansar Samui (also overseeing Hansar Bangkok) Chatree was a natural choice for his culinary leader. Chef Chatree oversees a culinary team of 25 for the four food outlets at Hansar Bangkok. Chatree ejoys working with the freshest ingredients to create inspiring taste sensations for his guests.
